The little bit I made yesterday [or the post below this one] makes me feel kinda depressed. Oh and here’s a random question: Why does one always spike liquid stuff? Aren’t there pills to shove up food or something? By food I mean solid food…

I can’t draw anymore. I can only write… I don’t feel like playing anything. I just want to hide… somehow…

Went to see the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra yesterday. The box office wasn’t open yet so my mom and I adjourned to for Korean food. It was a disappointment. They didn’t have the hot-bowl-with-rice-and-raw-egg thing. Ah, well. When we went to collect the tickets later, the woman at the counter said that my corduroy pants were a no-no. Okay, fair enough.  My shoes [Camel Active, ahem] pink with two white bands were also rejected. She said it looked sporty. They didn’t have straps to fasten them on my feet so I’d probably land spectacularly on my face… and they were rejected. Wonderful.

The reason it was rejected was because of the white bands. Two bloody white bands are enough to ban me from seeing the orchestra. Greaatttttt… after running around from Isetan to Bata, a ‘suitable’ pair was found; white with blue floral patterns. If it still looks like a pair of “sports shoes” I’m so going to kill the usher/usherette.

– Later –

I got in! I say, it looks like a theater described in the Phantom of the Opera, minus chandelier. The organ was enormous, backed up against the wall. The boxes were there… seats, duh… despite it being a matinée show some people sure took it seriously. Bareback and shawls peppered with a few tuxs, it was like an evening show. There were some … younger generation… who came but I don’t know if they were part of the youth orchestra or dragged here against their own will. I didn’t talk to them so I couldn’t figure out if they were closet otakus.

The pieces performed were by Haydn. Then in the middle of one of the pieces middle movement [sorry, I can’t remember what’s it called…] I nodded off. Not that I wanted to though. Note to self: Do not write stories in the middle of the night when you’re going to a concert.

Finally finished watching Conqueror of Shamballa at 31 minutes past midnight. It was AWEEEEEEEEEEESOMEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Ahem. I wish Ed took Winry along though… oh well. I wonder if after Brotherhood there’ll be another movie. With a nicer ending, by that I mean an EdWin ending…

Exam just finished. My History results though, I have a feeling, that they’ll be totally horrible. I haven’t finished checking the question paper and I already have 3 wrongs in about 21 questions. Hmm… 1:7. Anyway, nowadays I’m totally hooked on Fullmetal Alchemist : Hagane no Renkinjutsushi ~ ❤

At this point in time, I am watching the Conqueror of Shamballa on a reliable site [and downloading it too ;3] and so far enjoying it. Unfortunately, the first site I went to sucked so I wasted 55 minutesssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it’ll finish loading at midnight or something T^T

Or maybe I’ll watch it again tomorrow =D

Horror Day 3 May 9, 2009

Day two hasn’t anything interesting. Sorry.

Due to the swine flu, my mom has tried to impress on my grandmother that she must wash her hands due to bla bla etc. I’m guessing that there’ll be sighs of relief everytime she emerges from the bathroom. And also that there’ll be less incidents of the tap smelling of blood and raw meat.

Ah… the Horror arrives. Night One May 7, 2009

I guess it’s rude to call your own grandmother a horror but if you knew her, you’d understand completely.

After all, she’d done some stuff which can be… politely saying… disgusting, although I’m sure you guys out there may know worse ones. God bless.

The things she does drives my mom up the wall because you can call her a clean freak, which means my dad and I can also drive her to distraction but if compared to my grandmom [to my mom at least] we’re way better.

Read on.

The things she has done so far; 0r those top on the annoyance list:-

  • Spit in the waste basket. [Why can’t she spit in the sink then wash it away is beyond me]
  • Touch raw meat and touch the fridge door with her blood-covered hands [bloody, in a word]
  • Watch TV downstairs and ask whoever [me] who comes downstairs whether or why my brother hasn’t come home [how the hell would I know? And she’s the one downstairs for Pete’s sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGBHHHHHHHHH]
  • And the one which really makes my mom sink to the floor and weep; the basic personal hygiene rule is broken by my grandmom is going to the toilet, do Number Two and exit without washing hands.

Tomorrow I won’t be home early so I won’t witness any horrors. Yet. I’m guessing that my grandmom would ask if my brother’s called from Aussieland whether or not the phone rings. Like he’d pay an immense bill to call home sweet home [ahem]. If he does and asks for my mom, that’ll be one hefty bill.

I wanted to find some pictures to hang lots of stickmen on trees because I was feeling pissed, but it’s OK now.
